Danielle Dunn is a 22 year old Branch Office Administrator with Edward Jones in Joplin. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Spanish. She is currently the children's choir director for Villa Heights Christian Church where she is also a member. She is a TREK coach for the Joplin Chamber of Commerce and loves doing Zumba at the South YMCA.
This will be Danielle's second year at Miss Missouri. After placing in the top 10 last year, she hopes to do her best and make both the Midland Empire area and Joplin proud. Miss Missouri will be held in Mexico, Missouri the first week of June. As a Miss Missouri participant, Danielle has a platform issue that is very important to her. She promotes healthy sun activity through her platform "Sun Safety: Lather Up."
Danielle is now available to act as an Ambassador, MC, Keynote Speaker, or Entertainer at your organizationʼs next special event, meeting, or fundraiser. She can speak on many topics including:
- Sun Safety
- The Miss America Organization
- Self-Esteem
- Importance of a Second Language
- Character Education
- Goal Setting
